FAQ
How do I book a tattoo appointment? To book a tattoo appointment, simply click the "BOOKINGS & ENQUIRIES" button at the top of the page and fill out the form provided. I’ll get back to you as soon as possible to ask for additional information, discuss your ideas, and provide a quote.
Do you offer custom tattoo designs? Absolutely yes! As a professional tattoo artist in London, I specialize in creating custom tattoo designs tailored to your vision. Whether you’re looking for minimalist tattoos, intricate sleeves, or bold statement pieces, we’ll work together to craft a unique piece of art.
Can I See the Sketch Prior to My Appointment? Yes! My working process typically begins 2 to 3 days before the tattoo session. During this time, I’ll stay in touch with you to discuss ideas and possibilities, ensuring you’re updated and involved every step of the way.
Are your tattoos vegan-friendly? Absolutely! At No Regrets Tattoo Studio, we are committed to sustainability. We use only vegan tattoo inks and eco-friendly products, ensuring that your tattoo journey is both ethical and environmentally conscious.
How can I prepare for my appointment? Before your tattoo session, here are some important steps to follow: Get a good night’s sleep and eat a hearty meal before coming in. Avoid alcohol the night before to ensure your body is in its best state. Start moisturizing the area to be tattooed twice a day for at least a week prior to your appointment. If shaving is necessary, I’ll take care of it on the day. Make sure you have all the aftercare products ready at home: paper towels, cling film, Dettol soap (or any fragrance-free soap), and Cicaplast Baume B5 (La Roche). Wear clothing suitable for the tattoo location: bring a dark tank top or T-shirt for arm tattoos, or dark shorts for leg tattoos. Choose comfortable clothes that you won’t mind getting ink on. Bring snacks and drinks, especially for longer sessions. Don’t forget to bring your ID, and keep in mind that we only accept cash payments—no cards or bank transfers. These preparations will ensure a smooth and comfortable experience. I look forward to working with you!
How do I care for my tattoo after getting it? Make sure to wash your hands before starting the aftercare process. After 2 hours, remove the cling film and gently wash the tattoo with Dettol soap or any fragrance-free soap. Pat it dry with a paper towel, apply a thin layer of Cicaplast Baume B5 (La Roche), and cover the tattoo with cling film. Keep the cling film on overnight. Repeat this process three times a day for the first two days. After 3 days, you no longer need to use cling film, but continue moisturizing the tattoo with the cream three times a day for the next 7 days. You can use the soap while bathing. After 7 days, you can switch to any regular moisturizer to keep the skin hydrated. Avoid direct sunlight, swimming, or soaking the tattoo for at least two weeks, and wear loose clothing to prevent irritation.
How much does a tattoo cost? Tattoo pricing varies depending on size, design complexity, and placement. During our consultation, I’ll provide an accurate quote based on your ideas. We also offer flexible payment options, including 0% finance for 6, 12, or 18 months, to make tattoos accessible to everyone.
Does getting a tattoo hurt? Pain tolerance varies from person to person, but most clients describe the sensation as tolerable. The level of discomfort depends on the tattoo's placement and size. As an experienced tattoo artist, I prioritize your comfort and can provide tips to make the process as smooth as possible.
Do You Offer Cover-Ups? It depends on your existing tattoo. In some cases, I can easily create a cover-up, while other situations may require a more elaborate process. To determine the best approach, I’ll need to evaluate your current tattoo and discuss your ideas and possibilities. Together, we’ll find the perfect solution to transform your old tattoo into something new and meaningful.
How far in advance should I book my appointment? I recommend booking your tattoo appointment at least a few weeks in advance, especially for larger or more detailed designs. Availability can vary, so reach out early to secure your preferred date and time.
Can I Bring a Friend to My Tattoo Appointment? Yes, you’re welcome to bring a friend for support. However, they cannot stay with you in the procedure area. They can wait in the waiting area and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee. We kindly ask that you limit it to one person to ensure the workspace remains calm and focused.
